App Download FAQ

This guide explains how to download and install the NodeXX App, as well as solutions for common installation issues on Android devices.

I. How to Download the NodeXX App

Method 1: Direct Download

iOS

Download via the following link:

Method 2: Download from the Official Website

Step 1

Open your browser and visit:

https://www.nodexx.co/en

Step 2

Click Download in the upper-right corner of the page.

Step 3

Select either:

• Scan to Download App
• More Download Options

Step 4

After the download is complete, tap Open and follow the on-screen instructions to install the application.

II. What Should I Do If the App Cannot Be Installed?

Some Android devices may display warnings such as:

• "Security Risk"
• "Virus Risk"
• "Installation Blocked"

These warnings are often generated by the device's built-in security system and may prevent the installation from completing.

Please follow the instructions below based on your device type.

Xiaomi Devices

If your Xiaomi phone displays a security warning and prevents installation:

Step 1

Enable Airplane Mode.

Step 2

Locate the downloaded NodeXX APK file.

Step 3

Tap the APK file and proceed with the installation.

Huawei Devices

Method 1: Disable Enhanced Protection

1. Open Settings
2. Tap System & Updates
3. Select Pure Mode
4. Turn off Enhanced Protection

Method 2: Download and Install Again

1. Open your browser and visit:

   https://www.nodexx.co/en

2. Click the Download icon in the upper-right corner.
3. Select More Download Options.
4. Tap Android.
5. Select:
   • Continue Installation
   • Continue Using
6. If a Move to App Control pop-up appears, select Cancel.
7. The download and installation should complete successfully.
8. Return to your home screen and launch the NodeXX App.

Method 3: If You Accidentally Selected "Move to App Control"

1. Open Settings
2. Navigate to Security
3. Open App Control Center
4. Select Restricted Apps or Risk Apps
5. Find the NodeXX App
6. Tap Remove Restrictions or Remove Control

The installation should then complete successfully.

Other Android Devices

If you are using a different Android brand or model, you may try the following solutions:

Solution 1

• Disable Wi-Fi, mobile data, and Bluetooth temporarily.
• Download the APK using:
  • Quark Browser, or
  • Your device's default browser.
• If your device provides antivirus options, consider switching the security engine to another provider (such as 360 Security) if available.

Solution 2

Adjust your device's security permissions:

Settings → Apps & Notifications → Permission Management → Security & Privacy → App Lock → Trust This App

After marking NodeXX as trusted, reopen the application.

Solution 3

After downloading the NodeXX installation package:

• Turn off mobile data and Wi-Fi.
• Install the APK while offline.

Many Android devices are less likely to trigger security warnings during offline installation.
